A plan might fail optimization in SAS® Pack Optimization due to the following error:
WARNING: You requested shared pack configurations but product XXXXX does not have standard size YYYY which exists for product XXXXX. Pack recommendation will only use common sizes. ERROR: Product XXXXX has no sizes shared with all other products with which it is grouped. Pack recommendation cannot create shared pack configurations. ERROR: The request ended with an error condition.
- There are multiple deliveries
- All deliveries do not have the same products
- Delivery types are not specified
- "Share pack configurations across all products" is specified
To work around this issue, create a separate buy for the deliveries with different products.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
